The 10th anniversary “Synthesis” Congress on Petrochemistry and Oil Refining took place in Sochi on September 28–29. This key industry event annually brings together leading manufacturers, design engineers, equipment suppliers, and experts from across the country. Among the participants was Alexey Vladimirovich Mishchenko, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Teplokhim JSC.

Special attention was paid to industrial safety and workforce training—issues of particular importance to us as a company with its own in-house engineering center.
