A festive energy boost

In the run-up to Machine Builder’s Day, our plant held its traditional festive sports competitions. Once again, the event brought together the most active and spirited employees—those eager to vie for victory. While the familiar hum of production continued in the workshops, the sports hall was alive with its own brand of intense excitement, unique rhythm, and high-stakes emotion.

The program featured two sports—table tennis and darts—disciplines requiring not only physical agility but also precision, composure, and the ability to focus at the critical moment. Men and women competed in separate categories, adding an element of intrigue and giving everyone a chance to contend for top honors within their own group.

Representatives from various plant departments faced off in the arena. Friends and colleagues turned out to cheer on the competitors, creating the distinctive atmosphere of a grand factory celebration—one where everyone feels a sense of support and unity. It was clear that for our people, sports are more than just a competition; they offer a great way to take a break from work tasks, test one’s mettle, and gain a lasting boost of positive energy.

The final matches were particularly thrilling, with no one willing to back down. Strict referees closely monitored the action and ultimately determined the winners. The top performers in the competitions were:

2nd place – Maria Dmitrievna Kotchenko (Purchasing Specialist, Supply Department)

3rd place – Ekaterina Serafimovna Aistova (Head of Supply Department)

The winners received well-deserved awards, but perhaps the greatest prize for every single participant was the high spirits and burst of energy they gained.

Additionally, to celebrate the “Teplokhim” team’s victory in the 2025–2026 sports season Spartakiad—held among the athletic teams of enterprises and institutions in the Borisoglebsk Urban District—commemorative statuettes were presented to all members of the plant’s sports team.

Sports traditions at “Teplokhim” are alive and thriving. And this is no coincidence: a healthy spirit, endurance, and teamwork are qualities our people demonstrate not only on the sports field but also in their daily work. Today’s event has once again proven that the plant is more than just a production facility; it is a large, close-knit family that values strength, health, and mutual support.

Congratulations to all the participants and winners! Keep up the great work, Teplokhim team! Here’s to new sporting heights and professional achievements!
