“Synthesis 2026”: Teplokhim at the center of the industry agenda
The 10th anniversary “Synthesis” Congress on Petrochemistry and Oil Refining took place in Sochi on September 28–29. This key industry event annually brings together leading manufacturers, design engineers, equipment suppliers, and experts from across the country. Among the participants was Alexey Vladimirovich Mishchenko, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Teplokhim JSC.
For our company, participating in a congress of this caliber is more than just a tradition; it is an opportunity to align our strategic course, gain an insider’s view of the industry, and understand the future direction of the petrochemical and oil refining sectors. Most importantly, it allows us to meet the people we work with and the clients for whom we manufacture our equipment.
This year’s “Synthesis” program was packed with content and highly practical in nature. The business agenda covered key topics such as production modernization, import substitution, digitalization, automation, and new materials and technologies. Special attention was paid to industrial safety and workforce training—issues of particular importance to us as a company with its own in-house engineering center.
A dedicated exhibition showcased equipment samples, innovative developments, and engineering solutions from leading industry players. The venue also hosted negotiations and informal meetings, fostering a dynamic dialogue that sparked new ideas and partnerships.
The anniversary “Synthesis” Congress confirmed that the industry is not standing still; it is evolving, seeking new avenues for growth, and uniting its efforts. Teplokhim is part of this momentum. We look to the future, drawing on our experience and traditions while remaining unafraid to experiment and innovate. Participating in such events helps us stay a step ahead, ensuring we offer our customers exactly what is needed today and what will be in demand tomorrow. I would also like to highlight the atmosphere of the congress—business-like yet genuinely open. The gala dinner, live music, and informal networking provided a perfect conclusion to two action-packed days. Events like this instill energy and confidence: we are on the right track.
