Job Fair 2024

On April 12, senior HR specialist of Teplohim JSC Elena Viktorovna Lapteva, on behalf of the company, took part in the first stage of the All-Russian Employment Fair “Russian Work. Time of opportunity. Let’s build the future together”, held in our city district on the basis of the territorial employment center “Borisoglebsky”.

A job fair is a large-scale event that brings together employers and job seekers. During the event, employers had the opportunity to select the required candidates for vacant positions, conduct interviews with candidates, talk about employment conditions, pay levels and social guarantees.

At the fair, along with vacancies, all the possibilities of a modern employment service were presented, and activities aimed at different categories of citizens were organized.

A job fair is an effective tool for recruiting needed workers. For job seekers, this is an opportunity to communicate with several potential employers at once, compare working conditions, salary levels, for employers – to talk about the advantages of working with them, and for graduate students – to learn about new professions and undergo career guidance.
