Employee awards ceremony: contribution to decades of success
Looking at our plant, like a giant towering above the surrounding area, it is difficult to believe that it is still very young, one might say, still a growing organism. But his name is already known far beyond the borders of the country. How much has been built, how much we have learned and what we have achieved!
We will walk through the workshops and corridors of the plant, feeling its pulsating energy – this is a place where life flows, where every sound, every movement is filled with purpose and meaning. There are not just walls and machines here, but the results of hard work, the laid foundation of knowledge and experience that we have been able to acquire over the years.
And today, looking at Teplohim JSC, we can proudly say: we have created not just a place to work, but a place where ideas are born and then brought to life, and where stubborn steel comes to life, a place where every person is an integral part of the whole mechanism that moves us forward.
But the most important thing is the people who work here. They are the hands, heart and soul of the enterprise. It is thanks to their work, talent and professionalism that the plant continues to grow and develop, overcoming all the difficulties and obstacles encountered along the way.
Therefore, it is especially joyful that among us there are already so many people who have been here from the very beginning, the very links that formed the strong skeleton of our plant.
And on June 28, a solemn event was held at the production site of the enterprise dedicated to honoring our old-timers, employees who have been working for the benefit of the plant for many years.
Commercial Director of Teplohim JSC Konstantin Leonidovich Nedorezov personally congratulated our anniversaries on their tenth anniversary of work at the enterprise and thanked each of them for their contribution to our common success.
And their names resounded loudly and proudly under the high arches of the workshop:
- Slinger of the supply department Kondrashov Viktor Anatolyevich;
- Mechanical assembly mechanic Alexander Viktorovich Kovalenko;
- Marketing Specialist Rassulov Anatoly Allaverdyevich;
- Electric welder on automatic and semi-automatic machines Igor Gennadievich Mikhailovsky;
- Planer of the mechanical section Selikhov Roman Igorevich;
- Laser installation operator Oleg Vyacheslavovich Pereverzev.

In addition to anniversary awards, individual employees at the event were presented with thanks and badges of honor for special services and personal contributions to the development of the enterprise and the region.

And the biography of each of the awardees is a story of personal success, but all of them are united by such qualities as hard work, true professionalism and love for their work.
There are still so many tempting and unconquered peaks ahead, but we are confident that the impossible will become possible if we work together!
The special guest at this solemn event was the rector of the Church of the Holy Princes Boris and Gleb, Priest Alexander Tkachev. JSC Teplohim has repeatedly provided financial support to the temple for restoration work or charity events, so Father Alexander addressed those gathered with warm words of gratitude for their responsiveness, kindness and wished them health and fortitude.
The rector also shared the news that the temple is currently collecting funds for the creation of a wooden carved iconostasis. The iconostasis is not just a decoration of the temple, it is the very symbol of the spirituality and holiness of the place. And its creation requires significant financial investments, so Father Alexander asked all concerned to make their contribution to this important project, as a manifestation of faith and love for one’s neighbor, because the temple is not only a spiritual center, but also a place where everyone can find solace and support. And every donation, regardless of its size, will help create a real shrine in our city that will serve believers for many generations.
And this celebration ended with a festive lottery with a drawing of valuable prizes, which gave all employees cheerful excitement and positive emotions, and became a wonderful end to this day.
