Strength and unity: participation of the Teplohim team in kettlebell lifting competitions

June 28, 2024 on the basis of the sports club “Sambo-judo” as part of the year-round Spartakiad of physical culture teams of enterprises and institutions of the Borisoglebsk urban district 2023-2024. Kettlebell lifting competitions took place.

The strongman competitions took place in three weight categories of the biathlon discipline, and women competed in the absolute weight category – the snatch.

The competition required from participants not only physical strength, but also endurance, technique and concentration. The athletes fought for every point, showing incredible perseverance and resilience.

And in the team competition, our strongmen received bronze in the competition!

In addition, in the individual competition in the weight category up to 85 kg, Maxim Shevchuk, an electrical technician at Teplohim JSC, took 2nd place, and Anton Bashkatov, the company’s marketing specialist, took the bronze medal!
