Results of the open boxing tournament in Uvarovo

From October 29 to 30, 2024, in the city of Uvarovo, Tambov Region, an open regional boxing tournament among young men was held at the city martial arts school, dedicated to the memory of Vladimir Ivashentsev and his students, USSR Masters of Sports Vladimir Makarov and Alexander Dutov, as well as an open city boxing championship dedicated to National Unity Day.

Athletes from Tambov Region and neighboring regions – Saratov and Voronezh – took part in the competition. Over the course of three days, over 120 young boxers competed for medals and cups in the ring.

The city of Borisoglebsk was represented at the competition by 9 students of the boxing and kickboxing club “Ratibor” under the guidance of coaches Kochetkov A.V. and Popov A.S.

In difficult fights with strong opponents, our boys showed excellent results, adding 1 gold, 1 silver and 3 bronze medals to the club’s collection

And these competitions became an excellent opportunity for athletes to test their strength and show their skills, and for spectators to enjoy exciting fights!

The Ratibor sports club expressed gratitude to Teplokhim JSC for the financial support provided to organize participation in the competition.
