Award ceremony for the winners and laureates of the competition “Best Industrial Enterprise of the Voronezh Region”
From September 11 to 12, one of the most important events in the region, the XIV Voronezh Industrial Forum and Exhibition, was held on the territory of the Perspektiva Industrial Park.
This year, the forum’s business program included more than 30 discussion platforms devoted to pressing issues of industrial development, exhibition displays, and a technology demonstration zone. The event became a platform and an effective tool for direct dialogue between the government, business, science, universities, and development institutes, where they were able to discuss the challenges of the new era facing industry.
In addition, as part of the forum’s business program, a solemn award ceremony was held for the winners and laureates of the annual regional competition “Best Industrial Enterprise”, organized by the Ministry of Industry and Transport of the Voronezh Region with the participation of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
When determining the winners of the competition in all categories, the volume of sales, the growth rate of labor productivity and tax deductions, the average monthly salary, the availability of quality management systems and internal documents regulating issues of social protection of workers were taken into account. This year, 38 successful industrial enterprises of the region took part in the competition, and Teplokhim JSC was among the leaders, receiving the title of laureate of the competition in the nomination “Mechanical engineering and metalworking”.
Deputy General Director for Marketing of Teplokhim JSC Alexander Vladimirovich Fominykh arrived at the forum to receive the high award, in addition, he took part in the central plenary session of the forum “Technological leadership as a basis for achieving national goals” as an honorary guest.
And such events are always significant for any company, since they not only give a high assessment of the level of our work, but also serve as an additional incentive for further development and growth, because success is not the final goal, but the path to continuous improvement.
