By a collective effort

On September 18, a long-awaited event took place in Borisoglebsk: the consecration of the Church of the Holy Right-Believing Princes Boris and Gleb. For a city bearing their name, this was a truly significant day. The church was restored through a collective community effort—some contributed funds, others offered their labor, and many simply lent their support and kind words. Now, its doors stand wide open to welcome everyone.

The day was both solemn and truly unifying. From the morning onwards, local residents, guests, and officials gathered at the church. The choir’s pure voices seemed to drift down from the heavens, while Bishop Leonty led a religious procession with holy relics around the church grounds. The atmosphere was serene and radiant—free from bustle, yet filled with a shared sense of connection to this important undertaking.

Following the formal ceremony, awards were presented to the benefactors who had supported the church’s restoration. Among those honored was Alexey Vladimirovich Mishchenko, Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC Teplokhim. After all, our plant is driven by more than just production goals; we strive to help those in need and make Borisoglebsk a better place.

Today, the Church of Boris and Gleb serves not only as a spiritual center but also as a beautiful, hallowed sanctuary—the very heart of the city. People come here with their families and children, bringing their sorrows and joys, their petitions and their gratitude, to stand in the quiet and feel a sense of togetherness.

We congratulate all the residents of Borisoglebsk on this occasion and extend our thanks to everyone who made it possible.
