JSC Teplokhim held on-site training sessions on evacuating people in case of fire

On April 28, Teplokhim JSC held facility training sessions on evacuation of people in case of fire, which is a necessary condition for ensuring safety, preserving the life and health of workers in emergency situations. The main goal of the training was to practice clear and effective actions of personnel in conditions of a real threat and ensure quick and safe evacuation.

Upon the alarm signal, the team acted competently and in a coordinated manner, leaving their workplaces in an organized manner and gathering in a designated safe place, which made it possible to verify the effectiveness of the measures developed at the enterprise to ensure fire safety and to outline options for their improvement.

After the training, an additional lesson was held for the plant employees, at which Ivan Nikolaevich Sukhoverkhov, a fire safety engineer at Teplokhim JSC, reminded them of the rules for using primary fire extinguishing equipment, providing an opportunity to practice their use in practice on training fire extinguishers.

We always want to hope that all this knowledge and skills will never be useful to us in life, remaining only theoretical. But it is important to remember that each of us must have them in order to be able to use them when necessary and, possibly, save our own or someone else’s life. Such training and classes help maintain the necessary level of professional and psychophysiological readiness of personnel to act confidently in an emergency, thereby becoming a guarantee of the safety of the entire team.
