Your success is the success of the country

On December 26, 2024, an event for students and employers with the symbolic title “Your success is the success of the country” was held at the Borisoglebsk College of Industrial and Information Technologies. Among the invited employers, Natalia Ivanovna Ryumina, Head of the HR Department of Teplokhim JSC, was present at the meeting.

The event began with a welcoming speech by the director of the college, Marina Albertovna Serdyuk, in which she expressed gratitude to the machine-building enterprises of the district for their active assistance in training future specialists. As a token of gratitude, Teplokhim JSC was awarded a certificate of gratitude for fruitful cooperation, assistance in the practical training of students and assistance in the employment of graduates.

Then the floor was given to the representatives of industrial enterprises present. Natalia Ivanovna told the students in detail about open vacancies, working conditions at the plant, the level of wages and social guarantees provided to employees. Particular attention was paid to the issues of the enterprise’s corporate culture, opportunities for career and personal growth, as well as the realization of their talents both in the professional sphere and in sports, creativity and other areas.

All this allowed the students to see that working at the plant is not only fulfilling their professional duties, but also an opportunity to lead an active lifestyle, develop in various fields and find like-minded people among colleagues.

And such meetings in the format of a direct dialogue between students and employers, of course, contribute to the formation of a realistic idea of ​​​​the future profession in students and help them decide on further steps after graduation. In turn, plants get the opportunity to attract talented and motivated specialists who are ready to become a valuable part of the work team and contribute to the development of the enterprise.
