System versus chaos
On April 14, the conference “B2B Territory: Industrial Marketing – System vs. Chaos” was held in Voronezh. The event brought together key players in the region’s manufacturing sector – those who have moved beyond mere survival and are considering systemic growth. Therefore, it was only natural that a delegation from Teplokhim JSC, including Production Manager Mikhail Nikolaevich Tarasov, Deputy General Director for Marketing Alexander Vladimirovich Fominykh, and Commercial Director Konstantin Leonidovich Nedorezov, participated in the conference.
Russian industry has truly learned to survive in challenging conditions. But today, the question is different: how to grow systemically, not against the odds. This challenge was the main topic on the agenda. The discussion focused on digitalization, process optimization, robotics, and new management approaches – all of which are transforming enterprise economics from the inside out. The meeting participants honestly examined which of these approaches are already working in the field, and which remain mere slogans.
The “Strategy” section was of particular interest to our representatives, with its key message being both rigorous and compelling: companies with a coherent development plan grow faster and more confidently than those who react haphazardly to the market.
The highlight of the day for the delegation was a meeting and direct dialogue with Sergey Olegovich Khlyzov, Minister of Industry and Transport of the Voronezh Region. Off-camera, behind closed doors, in a direct dialogue, conference participants were able to ask the Minister any questions that are not usually aired from the podium, addressing the real problems facing industrial enterprises in the region.
The participation of Teplokhim JSC in this conference once again confirms that the plant chooses not chaotic reactions, but a well-established system—a system in production, management, human resources, and marketing. The company proves that even now, growth is possible and necessary!
