On February 4, 2025, Teplokhim JSC took part in the career guidance event “Day of the Mechanical Engineer Profession”, organized by the Borisoglebsk branch of the Voronezh State Technical University as part of the implementation of the “Schoolboy-Student-Engineer” project. Among the listeners on this day were both students and schoolchildren of graduating classes.

During the event, the head of the HR department of Teplokhim JSC Natalia Ivanovna Ryumina and Deputy Technical Director Mikhail Evgenievich Kokotko told the students about the requirements for candidates of industrial specialties, the necessary skills and knowledge, and presented vacancies that are open at the plant for graduates. Students had a unique opportunity to ask questions directly to the employer, which helped dispel many myths about working life at the plant and create a more complete picture of future professional activities.

In addition, the students were shown a video presentation of JSC Teplokhim, which demonstrated not only the plant’s production facilities, but also corporate life and culture. Representatives of our company talked about the professional development of the plant’s employees, the opportunity to realize themselves not only in their profession, but also in creativity and sports, to make work not just a source of income, but also the work of their lives.

Organizing such events is of great importance, especially in modern conditions, when the shortage of personnel is becoming increasingly noticeable, and enterprises need to actively interact with educational institutions to form a new generation of qualified specialists. And direct contact with employers gives students the opportunity to better prepare for entering the labor market and successfully start their professional careers.
