“Professional Elite: Mechanical Engineering” – the project has been launched!

On April 9, a ceremonial signing of a cooperation agreement within the framework of a new network project with the telling name “Professional Elite: Mechanical Engineering” was held at the Borisoglebsk College of Industrial and Information Technologies.

This project is designed to attract talented graduates to industrial enterprises and emphasize the importance and demand for professions in the mechanical engineering industry.

The training of design technicians, welders, milling machine operators, machine operators and other specialists will be carried out at the college on modern equipment using advanced teaching methods. Classes will be conducted by teachers of the college and qualified specialists of the companies participating in the project.

In a solemn atmosphere, the agreement was signed by the Director of BTPIT Marina Serdyuk and the heads of leading enterprises in the mechanical engineering industry:

— General Director of ZNIGO LLC Andrey Filatov,
— Director of Borisoglebskoye Mashinostroenie LLC Pavel Mitskevich,
— General Director of Bornefteprom LLC Stanislav Indryulis,

— Director of Neftemash-Engineering ITC LLC Pavel Egorov,
— Director of Bormash Plant LLC Alexander Tambovtsev,
— General Director of PK Special Machine Building LLC Dmitry Klinev.
The project provides a number of support measures for students of the Borisoglebsk College of Industrial and Information Technologies: provision of special clothing, paid industrial practice, a personal scholarship from industrialists and, most importantly, guaranteed employment upon completion of training.

And this initiative will surely bring mutual benefit to all parties in the process: students will have the opportunity to obtain a sought-after profession, support during training and confidence in the future after graduation, and enterprises will have qualified personnel. Together we will be able to ensure stable development of industry and the education of a new generation of young professionals ready for the challenges of the modern world.
