Continuation of the educational marathon
Lean manufacturing isn’t a set of rules frozen in thick manuals; it’s a living, evolving mechanism. And to keep it healthy and strong, it requires constant nourishment with knowledge and practice. It’s with this goal in mind that Teplokhim JSC is implementing an ongoing training program in lean manufacturing principles and methods, the latest stage of which was successfully completed this month.
The educational marathon brings together those taking their first steps at the plant and those looking to strengthen and expand their existing knowledge. Our in-house trainer, Commercial Director Konstantin Leonidovich Nedorezov, demonstrated once again during these sessions that the most effective knowledge is that which can be applied here and now, building practical exercises not around dry theory but through examples of real-world production challenges.
These sessions provided newcomers with the foundation for building effective workflows in the future, while experienced Teplokhim employees had the opportunity to look at familiar processes from a new perspective, deepen their knowledge, and analyze complex cases. In a close discussion, this mix of newcomers and veterans creates incredible synergy: the former bring a fresh perspective, while the latter bring invaluable practical experience.
Each trained employee becomes a true driver of change in their department: not only do they work more efficiently themselves, but their example also inspires their colleagues. And so, in a cascade of ripples, the lean manufacturing culture permeates every cell of the plant’s vast organism.
