A Celebration Within Familiar Walls
This year, Machine Builder’s Day at JSC Teplokhim was celebrated with particular warmth right inside the company’s own assembly shop, which was transformed for the day into a festive venue filled with music, smiles, and a truly family-like atmosphere. For the workforce, this is more than just a professional holiday; it is the birthday of a large, close-knit factory family.
The celebration opened with a congratulatory speech by a guest of honor—Alexander Anatolyevich Leonov, Head of the Borisoglebsk Urban District Administration—who acknowledged the team’s achievements and thanked them for their diligent work. He then presented certificates of merit and letters of appreciation to standout employees. At his signal, a prize draw for the staff kicked off, with the first five prizes finding their lucky winners.
Riding this wave of positivity, Vladimir Vyacheslavovich Kolomiyets, General Director of JSC Teplokhim, took the floor. In his address, he emphasized that the machine-building industry is the backbone of the economy, while the workforce’s skilled hands and brilliant minds serve as its primary driving force and most valuable asset.
“Today, we honor those whose labor transforms metal into complex machinery and mechanisms, and whose work propels progress forward,” he said, addressing the employees. “Each of you is far more than just a cog in a vast machine. You are its creators, its architects, and its very soul. Thank you for your hard work, your dedication to the profession, and your commitment to our shared cause!” Once again, amidst thunderous applause from their colleagues, workers whose names have become synonymous with quality, reliability, and professionalism stepped forward to receive well-deserved awards.
The hall erupted in especially warm and heartfelt applause when the time came to honor those marking work anniversaries this quarter. They belong to a special, “golden” tier of the Teplokhim team—individuals who have dedicated 10 or 15 years of their lives to the plant and serve as true guardians of its experience and traditions. For them, the plant has long since become a second family, and their journey from young specialist to seasoned mentor is a source of immense pride. Each was honored individually, accompanied not merely by formal speeches but by sincere expressions of gratitude for their hard work, patience, and the solid foundation upon which the company stands today.

Marking a full 15 years with the Teplokhim team were Marketing Specialist Yuliya Yuryevna Podkolzina and Automatic/Semi-Automatic Machine Electric Welder Sergey Vladimirovich Plotnikov.
The congratulations and award presentations were interspersed with musical performances and the announcement of lucky winners in the plant lottery.
