A celebration of hard work and dedication
Under the high arches of the assembly shop, where work usually boils, a special, festive atmosphere prevailed today. And the reason for this is more than significant – our country celebrates the Day of the Machine Builder. And for our team, this is not only a professional holiday, but a real birthday of a large and friendly family of workers. Therefore, it is especially pleasant that many people came to the holiday with their children on this day.
Vladimir Vyacheslavovich Kolomiets, General Director of the plant, addressed the audience with a congratulatory speech, emphasizing that mechanical engineering is the backbone of the economy, and our skillful hands and bright minds are its main driver and most valuable capital.
“Today we honor those whose work transforms metal into the most complex machines and mechanisms, whose work drives progress forward,” he addressed the factory workers. – Each of you is not just a cog in a big mechanism. You are his creators, his creators, and his soul. Thank you for your hard work, dedication to the profession and our common cause!
By tradition, the culmination of the official part of the event was the awarding of certificates of honor and commendations of various levels to particularly distinguished employees. To the thunderous applause of colleagues, those whose names have already become synonymous with quality, reliability and professional skill came to the center of the workshop. And in their eyes, one could read not only pride, but also modesty – the true trait of people who do great things without unnecessary words.
But the hall exploded with the warmest and most sincere ovations when the moment came to congratulate those factory workers who had an anniversary of work at the enterprise this quarter. This is the special, golden caste of teplokhimovites, who have already given the plant 10 and 15 years of their lives, the true keepers of experience and traditions.
And now, in front of a crowd of colleagues, these people came forward, for whom the plant had become a second family, who had come a long way from a young specialist to an experienced mentor. Vladimir Vyacheslavovich congratulated them by name, and they received not just official speeches, but sincere words of gratitude for their hard work, patience and the solid foundation on which today’s company stands.
The anniversary of the tenth anniversary of work at the plant is celebrated today:
- accountant for inventory accounting Koroleva Olga Nikolaevna;
- Deputy Chief Technologist Dmitry Nikolayev;
- Design Engineer Popov Mikhail Alekseevich;
- marketing specialist Galashina Olga Ivanovna;

The fifteenth anniversary in the ranks of Teplokhim is celebrated today:

- the project manager of the marketing department is Andrey Anatolyevich Mazalov;
- mechanic of mechanical assembly works Kuruza Alexander Viktorovich;
- Nikolai Vladimirovich Mokrousov, a metal carver on scissors and presses.
And to give the audience a special spark of festive mood, Evgeny Kamelkhar performed vocal performances for the factory workers. And his soulful songs were picked up by the whole hall!
On this day, we did not forget about the sporting achievements of the factory workers, whose sports assets showed real class this year, brilliantly winning the championship in the Spartakiad of labor collectives of the Borisoglebsk city district. And their victory was another proof that our people are strong not only in work, but also in sports, where the will to win and team spirit are especially important. And to celebrate our champions, each of them was awarded a commemorative pennant with corporate symbols.
And as always, the sweet highlight of the holiday was the traditional lottery with cash prizes for employees. The lucky winners left that day not only in a great mood, but also with a pleasant material addition to it.
This day once again showed that our factory is not just workshops and machine tools. These are, first of all, people! People of hard work, talent and a huge soul. People who create the future with their daily feat.
Happy holidays to you, machine builders! Health, happiness, new successes and peace to your home!
