Steam-water and water-water heaters for heating and hot water supply networks

Heaters are designed for heating water in heating and hot water supply systems of residential, public and industrial buildings.

The devices can be operated in macroclimatic regions with a temperate and tropical climate. Climatic version “U”, and “T”, product category 1, placement category 3, 4 (placement in enclosed spaces) according to GOST 15150-69.

The heaters are designed for installation in geographical areas with seismicity less than 7 points according to the 12-point scale adopted in the Russian Federation.

Water-steam heaters (PP) can be operated at a temperature of heat exchange media from 0 °C to 300 °C, water-to-water heaters – from 0 °C to 200 °C.

Water-to-water heaters are subdivided by design: into heaters with fixed tube sheets (PVN), with a temperature compensator on the casing (PVC).

Water-water heaters are made single-section and multi-section.

The main materials used for the manufacture of heaters:

• Casing, camera – st3sp GOST 380-94
• Flanges – steel 20 GOST 1050-88
• Tube sheets – steel 16GS, steel 09G2S GOST 5520-79
• Heat exchange pipes with a diameter of 20×2 mm – brass GOST 21646 (it is allowed, in agreement with the customer, to use pipes made of steel grades 10, 20 GOST 1050-88, GOST 550-75, GOST 8733-74, gr. B).

The devices are ordered in accordance with the order form (Appendix 2) TU 3113-028-00220302-01.
