Nothing else

It is not for nothing that the words “We do not abandon our own” are written on the packages of humanitarian supplies sent by JSC Teplochim as support for participants in a special military operation. After all, every month, day and hour our thoughts are with our warriors. We spare no effort, no time, no money so that the next news from home gets into the hard-working hands of the guys, warming their very hearts.

And we don’t prioritize the fighters, whether we know them personally, only by correspondence, or whether this request was received by volunteers from distant guys, even whose names we don’t know. But there are soldiers from among the employees of our company on the line of contact, those who were called up as part of partial mobilization, and those who, at the behest of their own hearts, signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense. And our hearts always respond especially keenly to requests for help from them: we are proud to realize that we personally know these courageous men, and we are glad that they are alive, continuing to honorably defend the interests of the Motherland.

We maintain this fragile bond, afraid to disturb them once again, realizing that our concern and a simple “how are you?” only distract from the service. But we think that our boys will forgive us for this, realizing how disturbing it is for us to listen to the prolonged silence on the line. And it’s incredibly warm and thrilling when sometimes they write first to find out how we’re doing here, if our nights are calm, those who don’t sleep at night ask.

And in July of this year, another request was received from one of our mobilized employees: we need bulletproof vests and helmets. Needless to say, such issues do not require coordination. Everything was promptly purchased and shipped.

And today we received a video thanking us for the responsiveness and support of our native factory, for remembering and appreciating our guys. But how could it be otherwise?
