Our right and our duty
A crucial moment is coming in the life of our region: elections of deputies of the Voronezh Regional Duma will be held in a week. And this is an event that directly determines the future of the region, its development and prosperity. Social programs, industrial development and improvement of our cities and towns will depend on the decisions that will be taken by this legislative body.
And realizing the high importance of the upcoming vote, a general meeting of the plant’s employees was held today in the assembly hall of JSC Teplochim, the key topic of which was preparation for the elections and a reminder of our civic responsibility.
At the meeting, representatives of the company’s management, as well as a member of the precinct election commission, addressed the staff, emphasizing a simple but fundamental truth: the power of the state and the effectiveness of government begin with the consciousness of its citizens! Participation in elections is not just a right granted to us by the Constitution, but also an opportunity to support with our voice those whose programs and ideas most accurately reflect our own interests and views on the future of the region. And voter turnout is an indicator of the maturity of civil society. The high activity of citizens in the elections indicates that people are not indifferent to how and by whom their region will be governed.
At the meeting, the employees were not only reminded of the need to come to the polling stations, but also informed about the voting process itself: the order and opening hours of the polling stations, where information about each candidate can be found.
It was especially noted that the final choice is always up to the voter! Therefore, the task of the meeting is to provide people with all the necessary information so that this choice is balanced and informed.
Participation in elections is our civic duty and a sign of respect for ourselves, our work and our common future! Coming to the polling station is an act of creation, a contribution to the stability and development of our small Homeland.
