Award for excellence: results of the regional competition “Golden Hands”
On November 21, the 16th regional competition of professional skills “Golden Hands” was held in Voronezh. It is annually organized by the Ministry of Industry and Transport of the Voronezh Region with the assistance of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the region.
The “Golden Hands” competition traditionally brings together the best masters of their craft, who demonstrate their professional skills. This year, the competition was held in four specialties: welder, quality control inspector, turner and seamstress. And for many, this competition was not just a competition, but an opportunity to show their skills, achievements, exchange experience and receive recognition from colleagues.
Among the participants of the competition were specialists of JSC “Teplokhim”, demonstrating their skills in the nominations “Electric welder” and “Quality control inspector”.
And now the moment of truth has come – summing up the results. The jury, consisting of experienced professionals and industry experts, carefully assessed each work, taking into account all the nuances and subtleties.
According to the results of the summary report of assessments of the practical and theoretical tasks of the regional competition of professional skills “Golden Hands” in the profession of “Welder”, third place was awarded to the electric welder on automatic and semi-automatic machines of JSC Teplokhim – Grudinin Andrey Aleksandrovich!
Third place in such a prestigious competition is not just an award, it is the result of hard work, professionalism and the desire for excellence. Andrey’s vast experience, knowledge, attention to detail and perseverance allowed him to become one of the best in his field. His skills have long been recognized by colleagues and management, and now they have received well-deserved recognition at the regional level. And we congratulate Andrey on a well-deserved award and are proud that such talented and goal-oriented specialists work at our enterprise!
Machine and metalwork controller Andrey Yuryevich Petrov, who took part in the competition in the profession of “Quality Control Controller”, also showed a worthy result, taking the fourth place in the summary statement of the contestants’ assessment.
The Minister of Industry and Transport of the Voronezh Region Sergey Khlyzov expressed special gratitude to the Voronezh Polytechnic College, the College of Welding and Industrial Technologies and the Professional and Pedagogical College, and also congratulated the winners of the competition:
“We are proud of any blue-collar professions, masters of their craft, who with their daily work and desire to work help in achieving the goals and objectives aimed at developing the industry and defense capability of the Voronezh Region and the country as a whole.”
