NA ZAVOD

On June 11, the VK community of JSC Teplokhim summed up the results of the drawing organized in honor of the signing of a cooperation agreement with GBPOU VO “BTPIT” as part of the implementation of the new project “Professional Elite: Mechanical Engineering”.

And by a happy coincidence, four of the five winners of the drawing turned out to be students and teachers of the technical school.

On June 20, a traditional quarterly event was held at JSC Teplokhim, where we honor our old-timers, therefore, in order to charge the students with the energy of the plant, we invited all the winners to this holiday for the ceremonial presentation of prizes.

On stage and to the friendly applause of Teplokhim workers, our guests were presented with raffled T-shirts with the propaganda design “NA ZAVOD”. But perhaps the main prize here was the opportunity for students to touch the very atmosphere of the plant, its traditions, to see with their own eyes how professionalism and perseverance are appreciated. And maybe very soon these boys will wear not souvenir, but work T-shirts with the Teplokhim logo.

This drawing and the awarding of prizes showed that such projects are not just entertainment, but a bridge between education and production, and the prizes themselves are a symbol of the fact that we believe in these guys and are waiting to call them colleagues, to build our future and the future of our Teplokhim together!
