“The best industrial enterprise in the Voronezh region” by the end of 2024 is us!

So the results of the annual regional competition “The best industrial enterprise of the Voronezh Region” based on the results of work for 2024 have been summed up. The competition was traditionally organized by the Ministry of Industry and Transport of the Voronezh Region with the expert support of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the region. And this year the competition broke its own record: 42 enterprises competed for the title of the best, divided into 7 groups according to the activity classification, which emphasized not only the scale of the event, but also the highest level of competition.

That is why I am especially proud to share the news that JSC Teplochim has become the winner of the competition in the group of enterprises “Mechanical Engineering and Metalworking”!

It is important to note that the competition committee evaluated the participants comprehensively, according to a number of key criteria, ranking them by the number of points scored. Our company has shown one of the highest growth rates in the field of product sales and labor productivity. Teplohim JSC has acted not only as a responsible taxpayer, but also as an employer based on the equation “decent work = decent salary.”

And this victory is not just an official recognition, but the natural result of the titanic work of the entire team, competent leadership and well–coordinated teamwork! The proud title of “The Best Industrial Enterprise in the Voronezh Region” is the merit of each of the factory workers, be it an engineer, manager, or worker. It belongs to everyone whose daily work and dedication made this result possible!

The award ceremony will take place on September 23 as part of the Voronezh Industrial Forum’s Industry Day, giving us time to prepare a place of honor for such a valuable trophy.
