Constructive dialogue

Today, November 27, State Duma Deputy Andrey Pavlovich Markov visited Teplokhim JSC for a tour during his working visit to Borisoglebsk. The meeting was prompted by the parliamentarian’s keen interest in the district’s industrial complex and the opportunity to explore the leading production sites that shape the region’s economy.

The tour began with a brief presentation, during which guests were told about the plant’s history, key milestones in its formation and development, its products, and its place in the Russian and international markets. Particular emphasis was placed on the company’s current modernization projects, technology implementation, and its HR policy as a responsible organization. Afterward, Andrey Pavlovich personally toured the production facilities, assessed the equipment used, and saw the finished products. The meeting also addressed key issues and challenges facing the industry today.

Such open dialogue with federal authorities is crucial for modern production, as it allows for a high-level assessment of the position and condition of the real sector of the economy and instills confidence in the continued dynamic development of the country’s industry.
