Holidays with the Public Council

On August 13, a specialized shift of the military sports camp started on the basis of the Zarya children’s health camp, which this year involved 95 teenagers aged 14 to 18 years.

And on August 14, as part of the All-Russian action of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia “Holidays with the Public Council”, employees of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Borisoglebsk and the head of the legal department of JSC Teplochim Svetlana Aleksandrovna Artemyeva, who is a member of the Public Council of the city, held an interactive meeting with pupils of the military sports shift.

During the event, the Senior Traffic Safety Officer reminded the children of the basic rules of behavior on the roadway, as well as the safe use of personal mobility and motor vehicles. A police psychologist told the audience about the specifics of working in the police, suggesting that the young men also think about a possible career in this profession.

But of course, the most striking episode of the meeting was the practical part, in which the guards demonstrated military weapons to the teenagers, gave them the opportunity to try on real helmets with bulletproof vests and allowed them to inspect police cars in detail. The boys’ delight was hard to hide.

At the end of the meeting, all the shift participants thanked the police officers for such an exciting and informative event.
