Thermosiphon flash exchangers

Flash exchangers are designed for the evaporation of media in the technological processes of petroleum, chemical, petrochemical, gas and other industries.

Thermosiphon evaporators with fixed tube sheets (INT) and with temperature compensator (IKT) are manufactured in the following versions:

• Execution 1 – vertical with liquid, gaseous, steam-gas and steam-liquid coolant;
• Execution 2 – vertical with steam coolant;

Thermosiphon evaporators with a floating head (IPT) are manufactured:

• horizontal with a length of heat exchange pipes of 3000 mm;
• horizontal with a length of heat exchange pipes 6000 mm;

The evaporators are manufactured with smooth (G) heat exchange tubes.

The devices can be operated in macroclimatic regions with a temperate and tropical climate. Climatic version “U” and “T”, product category 1 according to GOST 15150-69.

The evaporators are designed for installation in geographical areas with seismicity less than 7 points according to the 12-point scale adopted in the Russian Federation.

The main materials used in the manufacture of devices: carbon steel, stainless steel.

When ordering a standard evaporator, a questionnaire TU 3612-005-00220302-98 is provided.

The order of devices with design changes must be made in accordance with the order form TU 3612-005-00220302-98.

Note. It is allowed to manufacture devices for specific design conditions given in the questionnaire or order form, while maintaining the main dimensions and material versions according to the symbol of the ordered device.
