Heroes Among Us

We are accustomed to taking pride in our soldiers when they are on the front lines. Yet, they deserve no less respect and admiration now—as they return home to relearn civilian life, make new plans, and find their place in a civilian profession. Our plant stands ready to be a reliable source of support for them in this transition.

In October, JSC Teplokhim joined an important initiative led by the Borisoglebsky Employment Center by hosting a professional orientation tour for participants of the special military operation. On October 21, the company opened its doors to those who have served their country with honor.

The guests learned about the company’s history and operations, the working conditions at the plant, and the opportunities available to new employees. For individuals who have endured such significant challenges, it is especially important to find a place where their experience, discipline, and reliability are truly valued.

“Meetings like this are invaluable,” noted Konstantin Leonidovich Nedorezov, Commercial Director of JSC Teplokhim. “Behind each of these individuals lies a story of courage. Our goal now is not merely to present job openings, but to help them adapt—to show them that the civilian world is waiting for them and ready to welcome them. We need people with strong character—individuals for whom words like ‘responsibility’ and ‘reliability’ are more than just empty terms. Our guests possess exactly these qualities.”

For the veterans of the special military operation, this tour served as an excellent opportunity not only to get a closer look at the plant but also to realize that they are valued and welcomed here. The visit itself was a tangible step toward a new, peaceful life.

That day, we were reminded once again that heroes are among us—not only on the battlefield, but in our everyday lives. To those who, upon their return, are ready to take their place at the workbench—those who wish to work, to create, and to secure a future for their families and for the entire country.

Welcome home, heroes. Welcome to Teplokhim!
