Stoll Forum

On May 26 and 27, the 11th Wilhelm Stoll Forum, a key business event in the Central Black Earth Region, was held in Voronezh. Svetlana Artemyeva, Head of the Legal Department at Teplokhim JSC, was among the participants, delving into the current agenda: taxes, automation, new HR trends, and artificial intelligence in business.

The Stoll Forum has long since outgrown its status as a simple conference; it is now a meeting place for government and business, practitioners and strategists, where insights are generated and partnerships are forged. This time, the event organizers put together a program that will captivate any executive: open lectures, case sessions, and panel discussions. Experts discussed key topics: how to grow in 2026, build a personal brand, changes in the tax system, the potential of artificial intelligence, and digital solutions that will change the rules of the game tomorrow. And as an added bonus, there were conferences with government officials and new business contacts. Voronezh Region Governor Alexander Viktorovich Gusev addressed the forum participants in an open dialogue, outlining the main vector for our region’s development.

The session “Business Prevention and Security,” moderated by Vladimir Viktorovich Semynin, Acting Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights in the Voronezh Region, was particularly useful for further practical application.

Once again, the forum proved itself to be a unique ecosystem where one can discuss real business issues in an informal setting and find themselves in the very place where the future of business is being shaped.
