Excursion around JSC “Teplokhim” for students of the BF VSU

On April 28, 2023, a tour of the enterprise was organized and conducted for 2-3 year students of the Borisoglebsk branch of the Voronezh State University.

The tour was organized and conducted by Igor Valentinovich Gorshenyov, technical director, and Natalia Ivanovna, head of the personnel department, Ryumina.

Natalia Ivanovna told the students the history of the enterprise, announced the list of available vacancies, the procedure for selecting candidates to fill vacant positions, career prospects for young professionals, financial incentives for employees, the social policy of Teplokhim JSC, the participation of employees in public and sports activities of the BGO, as well as invited to do an internship during the entire period of study at VSU on the basis of an enterprise with the possibility of subsequent employment.

During the tour, Igor Valentinovich showed the students the production base of the enterprise, spoke about the products, the principle of operation of the equipment, explained the technological processes for manufacturing the products. Students listened with interest to Igor Valentinovich, asked questions about production technology, to which they received exhaustive answers.

The children also got acquainted with the work of the department of the chief designer. Chief Designer Agarkov Sergey Alexandrovich spoke about the functions of the department and the documentation developed by the designers.

A tour of the enterprise is an excellent opportunity for students to get acquainted with the activities of the enterprise, determine their future professional path, and the experience and achievements of Teplohim JSC are a clear demonstration of the necessary skills, knowledge for their future profession and further self-education.
