Doors open day for schoolchildren at JSC Teplohim
On May 3, 2023, for students in grades 9-10 of schools in the villages of Tantsyrey and Tretyaki, an “Open Day” was organized and held at the enterprise. This tour was held in accordance with the plan of activities implemented within the framework of the career guidance model in the Borisoglebsk urban district “Route of professional self-determination”.
The tour was organized and conducted by Technical Director Gorshenyov Igor Valentinovich and Head of Human Resources Ryumina Natalia Ivanovna.
Natalia Ivanovna told the schoolchildren about the history of the enterprise, about the most demanded professions for the engineering industry as a whole, the basic requirements for the availability of educational competencies for the selection of candidates to fill vacant positions, where you can go to study in Borisoglebsk, the main direction of training and obtaining a specialty necessary for work at the enterprise, career prospects for young professionals, measures of material incentives for employees, social policy of Teplokhim JSC, participation of employees in social and sports activities of the BGO.
During the tour, Igor Valentinovich showed the schoolchildren the production base of the enterprise (production workshops, a gantry crane site, a warehouse), spoke about the products, the principle of operation of the equipment, and explained the technological processes for manufacturing the manufactured products. The children listened attentively, saw the special equipment with their own eyes, asked their questions and received exhaustive answers. The schoolchildren were also shown the jobs of designers, technologists, and suppliers. Chief Designer Sergei Alexandrovich Agarkov and Deputy Director General for Procurement and Sales Konstantin Leonidovich Nedorezov briefly spoke about the main functions of their departments – design, procurement and sales.
The final stage of the excursion from the enterprise was the treat of schoolchildren with burgers and compote in the Chef Cafe, located next to JSC Teplokhim.
A tour of the enterprise is one of the types of career guidance activities, since it has a great influence on the formation of interest in the profession, as it combines visibility and accessibility of perception with the ability to analyze, compare, make a choice, and also helps students determine their future professional path.
We hope that by talking about our enterprise Teplokhim JSC, the prestige of professions in the engineering industry, we have interested schoolchildren and left our mark on their choice of future profession.
