Machine Builder's Day 2024
On September 27, a ceremonial event dedicated to the celebration of Machine Builder’s Day was held at the production site of JSC Teplokhim. And this holiday brought together all the plant workers to once again express their respect and gratitude for their work, contribution to the development of the enterprise and the industry, for their energy, courage and perseverance.
Representatives of the top management of the enterprise made a celebratory speech to the plant workers, emphasizing the importance of unity and cohesion of the team in modern conditions, because the future of not only our plant, but the whole country depends on this today. Difficult times pose challenges to us, to which we must adapt, while remaining true to our values and principles. Therefore, this year it was decided not to hold traditional large-scale celebrations of this day in order to direct the saved funds to support our soldiers, who are now steadfastly and courageously standing guard over our world.
And this decision was made by the plant workers with full understanding and support, because every resident of our country now has a common main goal and dream – our Victory!
But whatever the format of the holiday, the plant, as always, was generous with gratitude for the work of its employees! At this event, those employees of the plant who managed to show themselves especially brightly, not only in work, but also in sports, creativity or an active life position, were awarded with certificates, diplomas and gratitude of various levels.
The growth, development, stability and achievements of any enterprise always depend on its employees, their tireless work, dedication to their work and talent. And on this day, Teplokhim JSC separately honored those employees who have linked their lives with the plant for 10 years.
And 10 years here is not just a number, it is an entire era filled with work, determination and joint victories. And these people are now not only true masters of their craft, but also keepers of the plant’s traditions, and their experience and knowledge are the foundation on which the future is built:

Once again, the traditional challenge cup “The Best Team of JSC Teplokhim” has found its heroes. This year it was awarded and will be deservedly kept in the team of assembly site No. 1.
A touching and warm episode of the celebration was the presentation of gifts for little Teplokhim workers who took part in the creative competition “Teplokhim through the eyes of our children” organized at the plant this year: each work presented by young artists was included in the new corporate calendar of the enterprise for 2025. And of course, each participant was given a copy of the calendar with his work as a gift and a gift certificate for a bookstore, where the children will be able to purchase additional goods for creativity, recreation, study or just inspiration.
