Cleanliness and team spirit

Traditionally, October marked the beginning of the city’s month-long cleanup and beautification campaign in Borisoglebsk. Today, our plant resembled not just a production site, but a veritable anthill, bustling with friendly and energetic work.

Armed with rakes, brooms, brushes, and a good mood, we spent the day beautifying both the plant and surrounding areas, as well as the municipal property assigned to us. There was plenty of work for everyone: clearing fallen leaves and debris, clearing dead wood, and resurfacing posts and fences.

But cleanup isn’t just about work. It’s always a wonderful opportunity to socialize with colleagues in an informal setting, share a laugh, and recharge with positivity. And, of course, enjoy the incredible palette of autumn colors and the last rays of sun still trying to warm us.
