Borisoglebsk received a landing party of experts
On July 17, a large-scale consultation session for entrepreneurs was held in Borisoglebsk. Vladimir Semynin, Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights in the Voronezh Region, chaired the event. Participants included representatives of small and medium-sized businesses from the Borisoglebsk Urban District and the neighboring Povorinsky District. However, the business program was only part of the visit—following fruitful negotiations, the guests embarked on a tour, one of the key highlights of which was Teplokhim JSC.
The meeting format was designed to be as lively and constructive as possible: entrepreneurs were able to not only ask pressing questions but also receive comprehensive practical advice from leading industry experts. Qualified attorneys, experienced financiers, and crisis managers—specialists with successful experience in supporting businesses in the most challenging economic conditions—were invited to thoroughly analyze challenging cases.
The discussion focused on topics of particular concern to the business community today, including changes in tax legislation, opportunities for streamlining workloads, and the intricacies of corporate bankruptcy procedures. A separate section addressed typical mistakes when interacting with regulatory authorities, so that businesses could move forward rather than deal with the consequences.
However, the distinguished guests’ visit was not limited to the official meeting rooms. After a busy business program, the participants were given a city tour, with Teplokhim JSC being one of the highlights. The company opened its doors to the guests, showing off its modern production and warehouse facilities, introducing them to the plant’s history and traditions, and outlining its future development plans.
The guests were able to see how the company operates, which has remained a flagship of the region’s industry for almost two decades. The tour was more than just an introduction to production; it demonstrated that Teplokhim is open to dialogue, willing to share its experience, and demonstrate its expertise. For the plant, this was another opportunity to establish itself as a modern, dynamic, and socially responsible partner.
