JSC Teplokhim received the official status of a responsible organization
Responsible business management is a development concept according to which companies voluntarily perform socially significant actions above the legislative minimum, creating a favorable business environment in which the interests of not only company owners, but also society as a whole are taken into account.
Taking into account the relevance of the issue, a responsible business rating was created in the Central Federal District, called the EKG rating, since it is based on an assessment of the attitude of enterprises to the environment, personnel and the state.
The Voronezh Region became the second region of the country to join the work on the formation of the responsible business institute.
And based on the results of the comprehensive assessment, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Voronezh Region dated January 29, 2025 No. 51-13-09 / 8-O, Teplokhim Joint-Stock Company was assigned the status of a responsible organization with a corresponding entry in the Register of Responsible Organizations of the Region. And this assessment, of course, is not only an honor for the enterprise, but also a confirmation of the correctness of the chosen course.
Igor Shchegolev, Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of Russia in the Central Federal District, notes: “The uniqueness of the rating is that it covers a large number of companies and this is not an application principle. We look at the technologies that the company uses from the point of view of caring for the environment, the average salary level in the economy, how they invest in national development goals. This is largely an indicator for clients and potential employees, and what is their legal conscience, whether they have problems with the state, with partners, in the courts, whether there are unfulfilled contracts. This is a good indicator of the health of companies.”
