A triumph of experience and professionalism
On June 20, the traditional quarterly event was held in the assembly hall of JSC Teplokhim, where we warmly and gratefully honored our old-timers – employees who celebrated ten and fifteen years of work at our plant. And these anniversaries are a special milestone, speaking not only of high professionalism, dedication to the cause, but also of the strongest connection between people and the enterprise, which has become their second home.
Ten years of work at the enterprise were celebrated by
¾ design engineer Rudakov Evgeny Gennadyevich,
¾ employee of the administrative and economic department Babikova Svetlana Ivanovna.
And the driver of the car of the transport department of the enterprise Karetnikov Pavel Petrovich crossed the fifteenth anniversary in the team!
And such employees are the real gold fund of the plant, who not only masterfully do their job, but also serve as an example for young specialists and pass on the traditions of the enterprise.
On May 15, our city celebrated its next birthday, during which many people and companies that made the greatest contribution to its development and prosperity were honored. In this regard, the Borisoglebsk Urban District Administration sent letters of gratitude to JSC Teplokhim for individual employees of the plant who had particularly distinguished themselves in their work. And today, at the general celebration, these awards found their heroes, becoming a symbol of recognition of the merits of those who, with their work, strengthened the reputation of their native enterprise and made a significant contribution to the overall success of production.
Letters of gratitude and certificates of honor from the BGO Administration for conscientious work and personal contribution to the development of the district were presented by Vladimir Vyacheslavovich Kolomiets, General Director of JSC Teplokhim:

And this event became an excellent opportunity for the management and the entire staff of JSC Teplokhim to express our sincere gratitude to our employees for their daily work, trust, for our common achievements, for this entire path we have traveled together, which was not always easy.
