Sanatorium and resort treatment of employees of JSC Teplokhim 2024

This year, our company once again implemented a program to reward employees with vouchers for spa treatment.

Spa treatment is not only an opportunity to take a break from the daily routine, but also an important step towards restoring health. Employees had the opportunity to independently choose a spa resort based on their preferences and the required treatment. This allowed each of them to find exactly the place where they could spend their time as comfortably as possible, as well as receive the necessary health procedures.

Among the selected spa resorts were both well-known resorts with a long history, and new, modern complexes offering a wide range of services: LLC “Sanatorium “Alushta” Republic of Crimea, JSC “Sanatorium “BFO” city of Anapa, LLC “Sanatorium “Khoprovskie Zori” Penza region, Sanatorium “Kavkaz” city of Kislovodsk, Sanatorium “Volzhskie Dali” Saratov region, LPU Sanatorium “Im. 30th Anniversary of Victory” in Zheleznovodsk.

Vacationers appreciated the variety of programs, including medical procedures, massages, physical education classes and spa procedures. Many of them noted that they were able not only to improve their health, but also simply enjoy the atmosphere of peace and privacy. And the vacation itself became a real breath of fresh air for them. After intense working days, the opportunity to spend time in nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, turned out to be invaluable, and upon returning, employees shared their impressions of walks in the picturesque surroundings, swimming in mineral waters and participating in various health events.

Following the trips, many employees noted an improvement in their well-being and increased productivity. They returned with renewed strength and energy, ready to implement ambitious projects and reach new heights.
