Happy birthday!

Today, from the bottom of our hearts and on behalf of our entire team, we congratulate our CEO, Vladimir Vyacheslavovich Kolomiets, on his birthday!

Vladimir Vyacheslavovich, you are not just our leader, but a true mentor and role model. Your wisdom as a leader is demonstrated not only in your ability to make the right, though not always easy, decisions, but also in the careful way you guide our plant forward, preserving traditions and introducing new ideas, while always remaining a support system for the entire team. You treat the plant like your home – with attention and care to every detail and with sincere pride in the results of our collective work.

But there is one quality that makes you a truly unique leader. Amidst a series of difficult decisions and under the weight of serious responsibility, you have managed to maintain your most important qualities – humanity, sensitivity, and kindness. You know how to listen and hear, support in word and deed, and never remain indifferent. And this is invaluable.

On this festive occasion, on behalf of our entire team, we wish you good health and good spirits, the strength to realize your most ambitious plans, wise decisions, and confidence in the future, as well as prosperity and warmth among your loved ones! And may every day be filled with meaning and joy!

With respect and gratitude, the Teplokhim JSC team
