Spring Festival

On the eve of the most tender spring holiday, Teplokhim JSC was filled with the scent of tulips, smiles, and that bright excitement that only comes at the beginning of spring.

The gala event dedicated to International Women’s Day became a true celebration for the entire team. The workshop, always bustling with work, was a sea of ​​flowers on this day: men greeted their especially beautiful colleagues with bouquets of delicate and vibrant tulips, as if to say, “You are the best.”

Representatives of the plant’s management addressed the women with warm congratulations and best wishes, praising their professionalism, responsibility, wisdom, and the amazing energy with which they make the company not just a place of work, but a true family. And the colorful smiles and flowers seemed to brighten even the spring outside.

But our women are great at more than just work! On the eve of the celebration, our beautiful women competed in darts and table tennis, demonstrating not only grace but also a fighting spirit. On this special day, the winners received well-deserved certificates and cash prizes.

But the celebration was special not only for the fairer members of the team. Those whose work and dedication to the plant deserve special mention were invited to the impromptu stage that day – our long-serving anniversary celebrants, whose significant milestones fell during this quarter.

We congratulate the following on their 10th anniversary at the plant:

Senior Archivist of the Chief Designer’s Department, Anastasia Aleksandrovna Trafimova;

Marketing Specialist, Nadezhda Yuryevna Zakharova;

Chief Mechanic, Alexander Vladimirovich Popov.

For 15 years now, the following have proudly borne the title of Teplokhim worker:

Technical Director Igor Valentinovich Gorshenev,

Assembly Mechanic Dmitry Vladimirovich Peskov,

Metal Saw Cutter Valery Anatolyevich Sviridov.

Each of them was mentioned by name and presented with certificates of appreciation for their many years of dedicated work. These were moments of genuine pride and respect for those who are creating Teplokhim’s history with their own hands.

Continuing this spirited note, the event continued with a festive lottery with cash prizes. Excitement, laughter, and hearty applause echoed through the vaulted ceiling of the workshop – exactly what a true factory celebration should be!
