From theory to practice

The academic year is in full swing. But any theory needs to be backed up by practice. On November 17, as part of the ongoing “Professional Elite: Mechanical Engineering” project, students majoring in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the Borisoglebsk College of Industrial and Information Technology arrived at the Teplokhim JSC production site with specific tasks. Each student is working on an individual project, and our goal is to help them find the information they need, see production processes and equipment firsthand, and interact with specialists.

Given the diverse focus of their projects—from environmental protection to robotic welding—a team of our specialists greeted the students at the plant, answering all their questions and providing detailed demonstrations of the production areas.

This collaborative work provides a completely new level of immersion in their future profession. After all, when these very young children see with their own eyes how theory is translated into real production solutions, it truly lights a fire of interest in their eyes and motivates them to delve even deeper into knowledge and their future specialty.
