About the profession with a spark

On October 24, specialists from Teplokhim JSC once again met their future colleagues, thanks to the “Professional Elite: Mechanical Engineering” network project. This time, Igor Valentinovich Gorshenev, Technical Director, and Natalia Ivanovna Ryumina, Head of Human Resources, addressed the BTPIT students majoring in welding.

Igor Valentinovich not only explained the plant’s welding production, the materials used, and the intricacies of welding, but also inspired the students with his own enthusiasm for the profession.

Naturally, the students had questions about the specialty itself, the working conditions, and the level of pay at Teplokhim JSC, all of which were answered honestly and comprehensively by plant representatives.

But seeing is believing: young welders will soon be able to experience the factory atmosphere for themselves and be infected with its unique energy during their on-the-job training under the high vaults of Teplokhim JSC’s workshops.
