A logical continuation of our company’s long-standing efforts to improve efficiency, minimize environmental impact, and create comfortable working conditions, Teplokhim JSC signed the Declaration on Responsible Business Conduct in the Voronezh Region. Signing this document is not a formality, but a voluntary commitment that will shape the plant’s development for years to come.

Today, Teplokhim JSC received an official certificate of accession to the declaration, confirming that we don’t simply manufacture products; we do so with care for people and the environment.

The principles of the declaration reinforce the company’s commitment to increasing responsibility and transparency, recognizing its role in supporting social and cultural initiatives in the region where it operates, and its responsibility to its employees, including providing decent wages, safe workplaces, social guarantees, and professional development for each team member.
