“Best HR Specialist – 2026”

The results of the IV Interregional Competition “Best HR Specialist – 2026” have been announced. It was organized by the Council for Professional Qualifications in HR Management, the Ministry of Family, Labor, and Social Protection of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the State Labor Inspectorate of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Intersectoral Qualification Assessment Center, and the Bashkir Intersectoral Institute.

This year, 880 HR specialists from across the country participated in the competition. The winners were those with the best results. The best HR specialists were also recognized in the nominations for economic sectors, according to OKVED codes.

And in the category “Best Result Among Manufacturers of Industrial Refrigeration and Ventilation Equipment,” Natalia Ivanovna Ryumina, Head of the HR Department at Teplokhim JSC, was awarded first place!
