Effective management – high productivity

Alexander Vladimirovich Fominykh, Deputy General Director for Marketing at Teplokhim JSC, and Konstantin Leonidovich Nedorezov, Commercial Director, participated in the prestigious conference, the “XI Management Platform named after V.N. Eitingon.” The event became a magnet for representatives of executive bodies, company executives, and specialists striving to stay on the cutting edge of modern business trends.

The platform’s program was comprehensive and included a number of expert sessions focused on key challenges of the time: increasing labor productivity, transforming marketing and sales in the era of AI and automation, and managing systemic risks, when problems in one area impact all related areas.

One of the central topics was the session “Improving Management Efficiency – Developing Human Capital,” where HR experts addressed the guests and provided a detailed analysis of the current range of challenges facing employers today: talent shortages, rising employee expectations, and new approaches to implementing HR policies. The speakers not only diagnosed problems but also proposed practical approaches to developing and retaining key specialists. Particular attention was paid to creating a company environment where employees feel like they are not just cogs in the machine, but true drivers and co-creators of shared success.

A separate practical session was devoted to working with teams in a changing environment. At the interactive seminar held by the ANO RCC, part of the federal project “Labor Productivity,” participants received effective tools for managing resistance, as well as “working codes” – specific techniques that help translate employee objections and fears from emotional language to constructive solutions.

Throughout the event, a unique, trusting atmosphere prevailed, fostering open dialogue. Participants not only listened to the speakers but also actively shared problems, sought and found innovative approaches, and exchanged experiences.

The importance of such events is difficult to overestimate, as they provide a unique platform for professional development on the most pressing and sensitive issues. Without a doubt, the knowledge and tools we’ve gained will help us address current challenges in a targeted manner: improving operational efficiency, building a modern HR strategy to attract and retain top talent, and effectively managing change in the era of digital transformation.
