Refrigerant flash exchangers and capacitors

The evaporators are designed for cooling water, solutions and liquid process media flowing through the pipes of the units with ammonia, propane, propylene and other refrigerants evaporating in the inter-tube space.

Evaporators are manufactured in two versions:

  • IH-1 – for cooling water and solutions with a pressure of up to 0.6 MPa in installations operating within saturation temperatures from plus 40 ° C to minus 40 ° C;
  • IH-2 – for cooling liquid technological media with a pressure of 1.0 – 2.5 MPa in installations operating within saturation temperatures from plus 40 °C to minus 60 °C.

Condensers (CC) are intended for liquefaction of refrigerant in ammonia and hydrocarbon (propane, propylene) refrigeration units for general industrial purposes, operating within the temperature of the condensed refrigerant from 0 to plus 100°C, at a temperature of the cooling medium from minus 20°C to plus 50° WITH.

Evaporators and condensers use smooth heat exchange tubes.

The devices can be operated in macroclimatic regions with a temperate and tropical climate. Climatic version “U” and “T”, product category 1 according to GOST 15150-69.

Evaporators and condensers are designed for installation in geographical areas with seismicity less than 7 points according to the 12-point scale adopted in the Russian Federation.

The main materials used in the manufacture of devices: carbon steel, stainless steel.

When ordering devices, a questionnaire TU 3644-006-00220302-97 is provided.

The order of devices with design changes must be made in accordance with the order form TU 3644-006-00220302-97.

Note. It is allowed to manufacture devices for specific design conditions given in the questionnaire or order form, while maintaining the main dimensions and material versions according to the symbol of the ordered device.
